Policies
We understand that life can be unpredictable and circumstances can arise that require our clients to be late or need to cancel. We strive to provide respect and understanding for our clients in these situations, and will do our best to accommodate when possible. We value our client's time and enforce policies only to provide the best service and respect everyone's schedules.
LATE POLICY
We ask that clients inform us if they are running late, and request that they arrive no later than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment. Rescheduling may be required for late arrivals with no call ahead. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require 24 cancellation for all scheduled appointments. A fee equal to 50% of services scheduled will be applied to no-shows and cancellations within the 24 hour period of scheduled appointment.
CHILDREN POLICY
We welcome children. Since we are a boutique salon, we ask that children or guests make themselves comfortable in the small seating area just outside our suite. This allows us to move about freely, remain efficient, and ensure you receive the best service.
